Cathy has over 22 years experience in childcare, including working with and supporting children with special needs. In Cathy's words "I love to watch children grow and learn new things - children are my passion". Cathy enjoys supporting learning through play, and prioritises children's emotional wellbeing and development. Cathy builds on children's interests through organised trips and outings to the local community.
